From the time she was a 19 year old undergrad, Gail knew that her life’s work would revolve around helping people to communicate better with one another.
She noticed how often communication ended up with misunderstandings, misperceptions, assumptions and frustration.
Gail studied psychology and neuroscience. She then studied interpersonal communication extensively – when it works well, and when it doesn’t. She now brings 25 years of experience in the areas of interpersonal dynamics, teamwork, and the psychology of change to her coaching, consulting and facilitation work.
Gail helps her clients to achieve results through improved communication, skills to engage in productive conflict and the ability to motivate and retain employees.

Regardless of the size of the project, Gail creates a partnership with her clients to achieve their desired outcomes.
